Baling's going to enrol his car licence tmr instead of today. He said it was too crowded when he reached, and he didn't have time to wait.

To make it worse, I've nothing to do at home except rotting, rotting and more rotting. Plus my prepaid card balance expires in 1hour time, and I still have $20 left of value in it. super waste if I knew I'd use more.
